Yes. While we are well-known for our Aggie diploma frames, we can custom frame diplomas from any university or institution. We offer a variety of mat colors and frame styles to match any school's colors.

Because our frames are built by hand on-site, we strive to hold a two-week minimum turnaround time, while maintaining artisan quality. 

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Custom-framed and personalized items are not eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@benjaminknox.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. For exchanges, we only replace items that are defective or damaged.
