Benjamin created this acrylic painting to be bold, colorful, and patriotic. Benjamin purposely made the underlying composition movement of the Aggie defense tackling their opponent and the placement of the flags to be reminiscent of the famous World War 2 photograph of the raising of the flag at Iwo Jima. It is appropriately entitled "Fight for Maroon and White," one of the school yells.
