Discover the essential building blocks of visual art in this one day workshop designed for aspiring artists of various skill levels. Students will learn artistic principles and foundations of drawing techniques—such as line, shape, value, texture, edges and color—while gradually exploring the vibrant world of watercolor painting. Through hands-on projects and guided instruction, participants will build confidence in sketching, develop control over watercolor tools, and gain a deeper understanding of color mixing and brushwork. 

To keep the session more personable, space will be limited.

• HB Pencil
• 2B Pencil
• 4B Pencil
• Charcoal Pencils
• Vine Charcoal
• Kneaded Eraser
• Sketch Book 8x11 or larger
• Watercolor Paper 8x11 or larger
• Watercolors
• Watercolor Brushes
